HEALING STORIES

          People who desire to move freely and who want to feel good in their Bodies are attracted to natural release and realignment bodywork therapy.  These people have decided that they want to change how they manage and respond to their pain and lack of freedom.  They have decided to try a subtle yet deeply active approach to releasing their chronic or acute pain restrictions.

"At I started my therapy with Jennifer almost a year ago.  My body had “torked” into a twisted position over the last 25 years.  Like most chronic conditions, it occurred incrementally, so I did not realize its severity until I started to experience severe pain about 6 years ago.  I was living out of state so before Jenn I had had massage therapy with two former therapists.  They both felt it was necessary to use force and pain to accomplish any results.  When I moved back here last year I luckily got a referral to Jenn from my ortho-spinologist.

Even though I had gotten a great deal of previous therapy, my body was still very twisted when I started with Jenn.  She told me that the first time she saw me she truly wondered in her heart if she could help me.  To tell you the truth when we started therapy I was quite disappointed as she didn’t inflict any pain and I thought I would never get any results with her.  Boy was I wrong!

 I not only got incredible results I got them much quicker and easier. 

Why is that?  Very easy to explain in my situation.  Jenn lets the body lead her.  My body will not respond to change unless it feels safe to do so.  With Jenn my body knows it has an ally and guide so that it can “let go” as she gradually leads it back to the correct and harmonious state it was blessed with.  With my former therapists, my body needed to use some of its natural energy to fight the pain and force of therapy along with trying to heal and retrace to a corrected structure. With Jenn’s gentle and reassuring technique, my body can use 100% of it’s natural healing energy to work with her, not against her.  So I get double the results – and much quicker.   I not only get incredible results in session, my body continues to heal and change out of session. So I am really moving along.

The frosting on the cake is that not only are my sessions pain and stress free they are enjoyable and joyful.  I couldn’t be more pleased. Jenn has such a caring attitude.  She is a rarity and is truly qualified to be in the healing arts.  Everything she has written on her website is true for me - I experience it each and every session.
